What GrandPrixGo is

GrandPrixGo is a marketplace. We put agency allocations, official seller inventory and race-weekend hotel packages side by side so a fan can find the cheapest remaining option for a Grand Prix in one place. We do not own tickets and we are not a travel agent.

Most prices you see are collected from sellers' public pages. For those, you tap through and buy on the seller's own site, under their terms, and we take nothing.

Booking a listing loaded by a partner

Where an agency has listed inventory with us, you confirm the seat here by paying a booking fee of 3% of the price. That immediately reduces the seats remaining on the listing, so nobody else can take the same seat.

The 3% is our only charge and it is the seller's fee, not an addition to the price. The remaining balance is paid directly to the agency, which contacts you to confirm and issue the ticket.

Who is responsible after you pay the fee

The selling agency is responsible for the booking: confirming the seat, collecting the balance, issuing tickets, and honouring its own cancellation terms.

If the agency cannot fulfil the listing, we refund your booking fee in full, or the agency arranges a replacement of equal or better value that you accept in writing.

GrandPrixGo is not the merchant of record for the ticket itself and does not accept liability for an agency's non-performance beyond refunding our fee and removing the agency from the marketplace.

Agency terms

Listings go live as submitted and are spot-checked. Misrepresented inventory, duplicated allocations or unfulfilled bookings mean removal, and affected fans are refunded.

Agencies pay 3% of the booking value, collected from the fan at confirmation, and keep the rest by invoicing the fan directly. There is no listing fee and no monthly cost.

Refunds

Cancel before the agency confirms and we refund the booking fee in full. Once confirmed, the agency's own cancellation terms apply — they are shown on the listing before you pay.

Race postponements and calendar changes are handled by the promoter first; we pass through whatever the agency and promoter offer, and we tell you plainly when that is nothing.
